The Blue Blade - 77"77"
Fits Into 77" Zamboni MachinesComes Pre-Sharpened

The Blue Blade is a stainless-steel replacement ice resurfacer blade for ice rinks and arenas, sized for 77-inch machines including Zamboni resurfacers. Its rust-resistant edge holds sharpness about four times longer than standard carbon steel — sharpening roughly every two to four weeks instead of every three to seven days — and lasts at least twice as long before it needs replacing. At 23 lb it is around 58% lighter than the typical 55 lb carbon-steel blade these machines carry, with built-in safety handles for safer one-person changes. Run over two years it works out at about $0.90–$1.27 per cutting hour against $2.75–$4.25 for a standard blade.

The Blue Blade - 84"84"
Fits Into 84" Olympia MachinesComes Pre-Sharpened

The Blue Blade is a stainless-steel replacement ice resurfacer blade for ice rinks and arenas, sized for 84-inch machines including Olympia resurfacers. Its rust-resistant edge holds sharpness about four times longer than standard carbon steel — sharpening roughly every two to four weeks instead of every three to seven days — and lasts at least twice as long before it needs replacing. At 25 lb it is around 62% lighter than the 65 lb carbon-steel blade these larger machines normally carry, a difference crews feel most on the heaviest blade change. Run over two years it works out at about $0.90–$1.27 per cutting hour against $2.75–$4.25 for a standard blade.

Hand Edgers

Our hand edgers (also known as ice chippers or ice edgers) are manufactured in-house with an ergonomic form factor that lets ice rink maintenance crews quickly clean up the edges of the ice against the boards and in the corners a resurfacer cannot reach. The chipping blade is plated with a rust-resistant coating for a longer lifespan per blade, and the design is modular, so operators can swap in a fresh blade once the old one reaches the end of its life.

Blue Non-Woven Fiber Spreader Towel77"
Streak-Free CoverageNon-Woven Fiber

A non-woven fiber spreader towel cut to 77 inches, the standard length for Zamboni resurfacers and the most common size we ship. The spreader towel is the cloth dragged behind the machine: the sprinkler pipe wets it, and it lays the clean water layer down flat so it freezes into a smooth sheet. Non-woven fiber holds together where a worn woven cloth frays and leaves lint in the ice, and it outlasts a standard towel.

Firestone Double Row Studded Tires (L215-85/16)

The LT215/85R16 double row studded ice resurfacer tire: a 215 mm section width on an 85 series sidewall, 16-inch rim, sold individually. Every size we carry comes in the correct 10-ply "E" load rating for any model of machine. For the double row of studs we followed the Canadian method, using a straight coated stud with a carbide tip instead of a large bell-mouth stud. That system will not elongate in the tire's rubber compound, so the studs stay seated and the tire lasts longer before it needs replacing.

Power Edger Bits (Set of 2x Squares)

Titanium nitride coated power edger bits for ice rinks and arenas, supplied as a set of two square bits with a hardened cutting face. A power edger cuts back the ice that builds up where the sheet meets the dasherboard kicker plate — left alone that ridge becomes bowl ice, thicker at the boards than at center, which affects how the puck behaves and how the ice skates. The titanium nitride coating gives a surface hardness of roughly 2,300–2,500 HV, which cuts bit wear by around a third against uncoated steel and holds a cleaner cutting edge for longer between changes.

Olympia Power Edger Blade

A replacement power edger blade for Olympia power edger machines, supplied with its mounting hardware — the wear part that does the actual cutting. A power edger cuts back the ice that builds up where the sheet meets the dasherboard kicker plate. As the blade dulls the cut roughens and that edge ridge starts to return, so the sheet drifts toward bowl ice — thicker at the boards than at center, which changes how the puck behaves and how the ice skates.

Ice Resurfacer Rubber Gum Squeegee (86")

An industrial-grade gum rubber conditioner squeegee for ice resurfacers, shipped as an 86" strip with the mounting holes already punched — cut it to length to fit any machine. The squeegee is the rubber strip across the back of the conditioner: it seals against the ice so the vacuum can lift the dirty wash water and the grit suspended in it, before the spreader towel behind it lays down the clean layer that freezes into new ice. Gum rubber stays soft and pliable at ice temperature rather than stiffening in the cold, so it keeps that seal. Once a squeegee hardens or wears past its edge it stops sealing, and the debris it should have lifted gets left on the sheet instead.

Ice Resurfacer Water Pump Impeller (Run Dry)
Runs Dry Without FailingFits Most Machines

A run-dry water pump impeller for ice resurfacers and ice rinks, supplied with its mounting gaskets — unlike a standard black neoprene impeller, this compound survives running dry, so a pump that loses its prime does not take the impeller with it. Built to last longer in the wet, freezing, hard-run environment of an ice rink. Most ice resurfacing machines use this same water pump impeller.
