Privacy Policy

Effective: October 1, 2026 · Version 1.4

This policy explains what personal information rinkproducts.com collects, why, and who else receives it. It covers the website, orders and accounts placed through it, Blue Blade trials, the emails we send about them, and how we contact businesses.

1.Who we are

Rink Products is the trading name of B-Line International Inc., 28130 Avenue Crocker, Unit 318, Valencia, CA 91355. You can reach us at support@rinkproducts.com or +1 661 702 1505.

2.Visiting the site

When you visit, our hosting provider (Google Cloud, which runs Firebase App Hosting) keeps standard request logs: your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site, and we set no cookies of our own.

3.Your cart and your orders

When you add something to your cart, or open the cart, without an account, the site starts an anonymous session so your cart is kept and checkout can work.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, and shipping and billing addresses, along with what you ordered. We use them to process, ship and invoice the order, to email you about it, and to follow up with your business afterwards. We also record which version of our terms and conditions you accepted, and when.

If you order by phone or email instead, our team enters the same details for you, plus any purchase order number and any extra email addresses you ask us to copy on order emails.

The carrier that delivers your order (UPS, USPS or FedEx) receives your name and shipping address for the label. We also record which blade serial number went to which customer, so a blade can be traced to its buyer.

4.The address search

The address search at checkout and in your account uses Google Maps. The page loads Google’s address tool, and what you type into it is sent to Google to suggest matching addresses.

If you would rather not use it, choose “Enter address manually instead” at checkout. What you type into the manual fields is not sent to Google Maps.

5.Paying

Card payments are made on Stripe’s own checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our website or our records.

We send Stripe your email address, your order number and the items in your order. Stripe tells us whether the payment went through and gives us a link to your receipt.

If we invoice you instead, we create a customer record at Stripe with your name and email address so it can issue the invoice.

6.Your account

If you create an account, we collect your name, your email address, a password and, if you choose, a phone number. Your password goes to Google’s Firebase Authentication, which handles sign-in. It is not stored in our records.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address of your Google account.

Firebase also sends the emails that verify your address and reset your password. You can save addresses in your account to use on later orders.

7.Blue Blade trials

If you take a Blue Blade on trial, our team records your company, facility, contact name and title, email address, phone number, addresses, purchase order number, the people to copy on trial emails, and your machine details.

When you sign the trial agreement online, we record the name and title you type, the time, your IP address and your browser type as evidence of the signature. These appear on the signed agreement we email to you and to the people you asked us to copy.

8.Emails from us

We send order, payment, shipping and trial emails through Resend, which keeps its own copy of each email it delivers. Our own log of each email records who it went to, the subject, and whether it was sent, but not the message itself.

When you email us at support@rinkproducts.com, your message is kept in our mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace. Our own notices about orders and payments, which include your name, email address and shipping address, go to the same mailbox.

9.Booking a call

The “Book 15 minutes” button takes you to Google Calendar’s appointment page. We count clicks on that link by where the link was placed (for example, this website or a printed handout), and record nothing about you. The booking itself, and anything you enter there, is handled by Google.

10.Videos

Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced service (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google receives your IP address and browser details and may store information in your browser.

11.If we contact your business

We may contact businesses, such as ice rinks and arenas, using business contact details from public sources. To stop these emails, reply “unsubscribe” or email support@rinkproducts.com.

12.Our sales records

We keep an internal sales system, which also runs on Google Cloud. It holds the business contacts we work with, including those from public sources described above, and our staff’s notes of calls, messages and visits with them; a copy of each order placed on this site (your name, email address, phone number, account number, shipping address and what you ordered); the name, email address and phone number of each trial contact; and, for emails to and from our support@rinkproducts.com mailbox, the sender, recipients, subject and opening lines of each, plus the full text of those we file to a business’s record and the names and sizes of their attachments (not the attachments themselves). We use it to follow up with your business.

Our staff can read these records, and so can the AI service providers named below when they help our staff.

13.What is stored in your browser

When you sign in, or add something to your cart as a guest, Google’s Firebase keeps your session in your browser’s storage so you stay signed in.

The site also sets two temporary flags in your browser’s session storage, to show a message after you return from payment or sign out. Each is removed as soon as it is used.

Google sign-in, Google Maps and YouTube (once you press play) may set their own cookies. Our links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are plain links: nothing loads from those services unless you follow one.

14.Who else receives it

These services receive personal information through the site, each for the part named here.

15.How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records as part of our tax and accounting records.

We keep your account until you ask us to close it.

We keep trial agreements, including the signer’s IP address and browser type, for as long as the agreement and any purchase that follows it need a record.

Our log of the emails we send records who each one went to and its subject. We keep that log for two years.

Our sales system deletes the stored text of each email two years after it was sent.

16.Selling and advertising

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

17.Your requests

To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email support@rinkproducts.com. We reply within 30 days.

We keep invoices even after a deletion request, because they are tax records. You can change your saved addresses yourself in your account.

18.Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, the version and date at the top of this page change with it.
